Founded by Chloë Fletcher in 2013 as a niche Transfer Pricing consultancy, the name Abaris struck a chord with our values – wisdom and excellence at the centre of what we do, with straightforward, honest delivery.

Based in Bristol, Abaris combines “Big 4” heritage with Fortune 100 in-house industry experience.

Meet the Abaris Team

  • Director

    Chloë combines a calm and measured approach with a reputation for excellence. She qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC in 2003, working in London and Bristol, specialising in corporate and international tax. Having worked in TP in-house since 2009 she has deep practical transfer pricing knowledge. Known for her commitment to deliver well-thought-through solutions, Chloë incorporated Abaris in 2013 to service a growing number of prestigious clients. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has an MA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford.

  • Director

    Erica is an energetic individual, well known in the transfer pricing world, who is able to bring clarity to complex business situations. She has an incisive mind and is quick to see the big picture. Prior to joining Abaris, Erica established and led a high achieving Global TP team for a US Fortune 100 multinational. She is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor, who has specialised in TP since 2000. With a Big 4 background and industry experience Erica brings a strategic yet practical approach to identifying issues within TP projects.
